Aviation Day at the Airport – June 1st

What to expect…

Our inaugural Aviation Day at YKM! Enjoy a variety of aircraft on display and visit numerous booths highlighting the exciting and varied aspects of the aviation industry!

This is a free, family friendly event. There will be Airplanes, Helicopters, Food, and fun! We hope to spark within you the same passion for aviation that we enjoy. All we ask is that you bring and invite as many people as you can.

The aircraft will be displayed statically on the ramp, but you will have a great view of any aircraft that are active on the runway or taxiing by the event!

Supporting STEM throughout the empowerment and development of youth in the aviation industry

From careers in flying, maintenance, nursing, customer service, firefighting, security, drones, photography, aircraft controllers and much more – we are working to support the local youth, business partners, and communities by growing the knowledge and passion of all parts of the aviation industry!

As part of Aviation Day Entrance to the McAllister Museum of Aviation will be FREE for everyone.
